- Yes definitely. Please choose one size up for orthotics.
What material is FLOCCASIN made from?
- FLOCCASINs are made from premium sustainable leather that is a byproduct from the food industry. It would otherwise be disposed of.

For Empress shoes in worn and used condition, we offer 30 days return.
We know you're going to love your shoes. But if for any reason you don’t, we offer a 30 day trial. Meaning you can return the shoes even if you've worn them.
- The cost of goods will be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- When you purchase from our website, returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to show on your statement.
