For Empress shoes in unworn and new condition, we offer 365 days return.
For Empress shoes in worn and used condition, we offer 30 days return.
We know you're going to love your shoes. But if for any reason you don’t, we offer a 30 day trial. Meaning you can return the shoes even if you've worn them.
- The cost of goods will be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- When you purchase from our website, returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to show on your statement.
- Please note that socks must be unopened for a return within 365 days and all other accessories are final sale.
